12 South Retreat

We have created a backyard paradise with fun for all ages in the heart of 12 South. Our backyard has a separate entrance and is enclosed by an 8 foot privacy fence. The pool has a tanning ledge, swim up bar, basketball hoop, and slide. The pool floats we own are available to our guests. You will also have access to the apartment above the garage which has a living room with TV, full kitchen, washer/dryer, and full bathroom. Guests are welcome to use the outdoor cooler, basketball court, putting green, outdoor TV, outdoor sonos speakers, and ninja course / kids play area. Although the space feels very secluded, we are in a neighborhood and are very respectful of our neighbors. We have volume limits on the outdoor speakers and can fit 3 cars in the driveway. We recommend carpool or uber for larger groups. We can provide information on a public lot nearby as well as street parking. We are less than a 2 minute walk to the restaurants and shopping in 12 South as well as Sevier Park.
