Cary Private Forested Sundeck - Optional Hot Tub / Cool Plunge Available

This sunny private deck outside around the back of our house is available for sunbathing, socializing, gathering, or relaxing. It's a secluded wooded and tranquil forest that surrounds you while you're on the deck. Be on the lookout for deer and other wildlife wandering through the yard alongside the stream. Deck size is about 16 x 34 feet, for a total of 600 square feet. From mid-April to late September you'll enjoy full overhead sun and privacy due to the wooded back yard right here in Cary suburbs on a large forested lot nearly 3/4 of an acre. A full spa-like restroom including glass shower is located downstairs from the deck adjacent to the indoor family room. You are welcome to use it. Additional optional amenities you can add to your booking include an adjacent outdoor hot tub/cold plunge, an adjacent fully private screened porch with ceiling fan (16 x 16, another 256 square feet) on the same level as the deck. Downstairs is an adjacent indoor family room with upgrades such as pinball and billiards. Grill available on the deck also. Free wifi. Furniture for your use on the deck includes dining table and 6 chairs, 2 benches, and a side table and beverage cart. Inside the optional screen porch there is a sofa, a loveseat, and two chairs. If you have a favorite tanning chair or lounger, bring it to use. And you're welcome to bring any beverages you choose. Because the sundeck is extremely private in its location and screened on all sides by trees (see photos), clothing optional tanning is completely fine when the leaves are on the trees, mid April to October. Please cover yourself when going up and down the exterior stairs. Same goes for the downstairs exterior hot tub. The hot tub booking calendar is completely separate and there will not be any guests booking the hot tub from a different group while you are booked for the sundeck.
