Centrally Located Studio With Natural Light And Calming Energy

This big, beautiful studio space is well suited for yoga, dance, fitness or meditation classes, as well as private parties and gatherings. The space may also be used to teach seminars and classes. One large rectangular room and one smaller adjacent room (that can be sectioned off with sheer curtains if needed) are available for your use. Two large windows, a wide doorway to the lobby and one big skylight make for a bright space and provide lots of natural light. There are overhead lights for additional and evening lighting and two ceiling fans for circulation. Yoga equipment is provided for your use including: yoga mats, blocks, blankets, floor pillows and stools. In addition, there is a sound system you are welcome to use, a restroom off the lobby and pure Sedona water for your students / guests. We combine traditional Western medicine, mind-body medicine, whole health nutrition, manual medicine and movement, and botanicals for optimizing health. We are pro-age and are passionate about integrative medicine. Our community is important to us, and we welcome individuals and teachers into our studio who align with our perspective and purpose.
