We generally book 2-4 months in advance, but may have openings or cancelations sooner than this. ***Please ask if your preferred date is available.
Weekday Daytime Rate 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM $185 per hour
Weekday Evening Rate (Mon-Thu) 5:00 PM - 12:00 AM $250 per hour ------------------------------ Weekend Daytime Rate 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM $215 per hour
Weekend Evening Rate (Fri-Sun) 5:00 PM - 12:00 AM $275 per hour
* 3-hour minimum for all rentals, please.
Bar: Beer/wine/juices/teas/sparkling soda/coconut water provided by Lost Church and can be no host or the client can set a pre-determined cap and pay for their attendees' beverages in advance or at the end of the event. Drink prices range from $5-10 each. No outside drinks please, unless pre-approved.
When approved, corkage fee is $10 per bottle.
