About the pool

This charming pool features strong jets, hot tub and easy to enter wide steps. An ample shallow area, bench seating along the edge of the pool make this non-swimmer/kid/geriatric friendly. Guests enjoy their own private full bathroom, with shower. Projector, movie screen, amp for sound can be set up for an evening of entertainment in the pool. Direct access from the driveway makes this a contactless engagement. House facing windows will be closed but there are neighbors above with a view of the pool, just FYI. Smoking is allowed. Glass is not allowed. Please bring your own towels and floaties for children. There are adult size lounger floaties with cup holders. We suggest bringing an ice cooler, plastic cups with lids for the pool. Enjoy our aqua therapy pool for a day of play and rejuvenation!

Heated Pool

In summer the pool stays perfectly enjoyable., Sept-April you likely want the heater. Typically 80-90 degrees is very nice.

Hot Tub

Very strong, therapeutic jets. Message inside app when you would like the jets turned on. They are loud & proud so its not suggested during a movie watching experience.

WI-FI Access

Shower

Narrow white door, adjacent to the gate you walked in, is the restroom/shower. It’s tight quarters, only room for one person at a time.

Sound System

There is an iPad in the wood box that connects to the stereo system, you might have to press the cd button on the receiver if it doesn’t switch over, a good volume is 2/3 of the way up if you aren’t hearing anything. Phone users can airplay/cast/Bluetooth to the onkyo/cantina stereo system. Wifi: Bomar PW: poolhouse

Please dispose of trash in the large City trash can outside the gate. Please be quiet on the street and driveway, as you will notice, it’s a chill street. Do not jump off the rocks/waterfall at the pool! No outside speakers larger than what would fit in your pocket. If you have booked a swim extending after 10 pm, please keep the noise down, thanks!
