Can add huge pool and backyard with added amenities of BBQ grill, fire pit, outdoor dining table, multiple lounge chairs, outdoor sitting area. stay late and make smores in the fire pit and look at the stars. Bedrooms and whole house is also available for overnight stays just ask me about it if interested. Excellent place for children birthday parties. Has the slide a ton of pool toys and more childrens amenities upon request such as ball pit, trampoline or bounce house.
