60s/70s Retro-inspired Content House Next To Patterson Park

Welcome to Lula's Citrine! Travel back in time to the mid-century modern era the moment you walk into the home and enjoy every detail from the green shag rug, to the super graphic wall mural to the Kit Cat Klock. This house was styled to provide interest and backdrops at every turn which will make for perfect social media moments, event styling, and more! It has been used for events and productions, and would also be great for work retreats and off-site meetings. It is a great place to create content, and we have had photo shoots as well as live streams previously, and plan to have podcasters soon as well. The main level boasts an open concept where the living room flows into the dining area and kitchen with half bath. There is a rear fenced in patio garden off of the kitchen that is great for reflecting or gathering, and has even been used for a proposal! The top floor of the home has 2 bedrooms; one with a balcony overlooking the patio, a daybed, and its own mural that states “Good Vibes” with décor that stays true to that theme. On the front side of the house is the master bedroom with walk-in closet, a sitting area and floral printed curtains, rug and wall hanging. There is a huge spa bathroom in between the upstairs bathrooms that has a large shower with double heads, and a huge whirlpool bath and double sink with a glossed concrete countertop. The basement is a finished open space that runs the length of the house and is set up similar to a selfie museum with various retro themed sets including a boho siting area, “Here Comes the Sun” Wall Mural, flower wall with neon signs in the shape of a heart, a peace sign and an ampersand and a record/disco corner.
