Our 638 sq foot, street-level studio gets beautiful natural light and has an open-concept feel. Offering a carpeted lounge area with bank seating, 4 panel magnetic white board, ADA approved bathroom and access to a utility sink . The space is easily convertible to fit your event needs and would work well for art-making, classes, workshops, birthday parties, community gatherings, intimate events, photo shoots, and meetings. USE OF THE SPACE INCLUDES * Two work tables with seating for 12 (The two provided tables must be covered at all times. You are required to bring your own table coverings that appropriately meet the needs of your events' activities.
