Our cabin is nestled among Cedar, Oak and Pine trees in the peaceful Pine Cove neighborhood of Idyllwild. Our property is situated on almost an acre of mostly flat land. Our 1955 cabin is charming and therapeutic & serves as a great retreat for families with young children & seniors. We are minutes away from walking and biking trailheads with beautiful views & are a short drive to Idyllwild's center of town full of shops and restaurants, Lake Fulmor, Hemet Lake, Strawberry Creek & Humber Park. The space Our Idyllwild home is a 1955 cedar wood-paneled cabin located in the quiet and serene Pine Cove area of Idyllwild. With large picturesque windows throughout, there are lots of opportunities to soak in the forest nature that surrounds the property. The living room cathedral ceiling, hanging hammocks and the wood-burning fireplace all offer the experience of a therapeutic and cozy cabin. Our outdoor space is a room of its own, with a huge award-winning deck featuring three giant cedar trees growing up through the planks. Relax in our hammock or chaise lounges and watch the birds sing and squirrels swing. We strive to maintain a zero-waste, non-plastic and minimalist household. Guest access All guests are welcome in every room in the Yellow-colored Main house including the kitchen, laundry room, dining area, living room with TV (Android TV), the attic loft, enclosed porch, the magical back yard with a complete set of outdoor furniture including a BBQ area, patio tables, double chaise, hammock, barrel sauna, sand table, climbing dome and children's playset. In addition, the house boasts front and side yard forests and a relaxing front porch with a bistro table, and a plethora of parking.
