Cozy Sellwood Sideyard

Easy, local, quiet escape for 2-3* soakers in a 104-degree jetted hot tub nestled in a small, clean patio space. This outdoor** spot is enjoyable anytime of day, but particularly on a cool evening, even in a light rain. A fenced yard creates quite a lot of visual privacy for suited or non-suited soakers and can accommodate a dog visitor, too. Our pets may visit you upon request, or we're happy to keep them closed out. Soaking is for everyone! (unless you are under-the-weather or recently spray-tanned.) Tub is meticulously chemically-balanced for comfort, water clarity, sanitation, and maintenance. Neighbors and I respect privacy for the duration of the visit. Restroom (toilet and sink only) is large enough for changing and washing up. It is up six steps. *Hot tub manual says 4 people but in my estimation, 3 average-size, modern-day adults will be cozy, with a possible leg brush here and there. **outdoor, no cover, visible sky, occasional leaves, wind, neighborhood sounds, unpredictable weather, hence a lax cancellation/rescheduling policy.
