About the pool

The heated outdoor pool and spa are nestled in a large backyard oasis. The pool is nicely shaded in the afternoons (pool will be kept at 85-86 degrees). The spa can be added for a minimal flat fee and will be set at your desired temp (just include this when booking).

The yard is fully fenced and there is lighting in the pool and the yard for the evening. The large yard is fully landscaped, has a beautiful Summer garden, and two fire pit areas with seating.

The restroom/shower/changing area has its own entrance and is not shared with the main house so you have full use of this space during your stay. This area includes access to a microwave/mini fridge. There is also access to one outdoor grill that can be included in your booking.

Heated Pool

Pool will be heated to 86 degrees for your arrival, a hot tub is attached that can be turned on separately!

Hot tub is a portion of the pool that can be separately heated to your desired level!

Towels

We can provide up to six clean pool towels! These will be made available in a basket poolside.

Shower

There is an indoor shower that is available in the guest bathroom. This bathroom is fully private and part of the in-law unit so it will not be shared during your visit. Feel free to use the guest room and bathroom as a changing area as well.

WiFi

Wifi is included and will be provided

Pool Toys

We have a few pool toys (pool noodles, paddle board, inflatable floats, and water balls) available near the pool shed - please feel free to use these!

Mini Fridge and Microwave

You can enjoy a cold beverage from the fridge and store your own as well. Microwave available for use as well. Both are located in the changing room.

Party Supplies

We can provide two banquet tables with cloth tablecloths, plastic cups, paper plates, utensils, cooler for cold drinks, and napkins. We also have two glass dispensers to supply beverages of your choice.
