About the pool

A one of a kind 20 x 40 mid century pool with a 2500 sq turquoise wrought iron carport. Under the carport we have a dining table seating 6-8. Charcoal Weber, Propane Weber, Ping Pong table, 4 fans, Amazon Echo to choose your music, comfy couch seating area. The pool area has an iron table w/4 chairs, as well as (3) additional umbrellas for shade and 4 tanning loungers. The landscape is beautiful, a must see! Lots of birds and butterflies. This is a great space for a small unique get together with a 1950's vibe. Please make sure to let us know if you are having a special event, we are happy to coordinate with you to make it a special day. I can easily pull out additional tables and chairs & other fun decor as needed. Thanks, ~ Joy & Chaz

Our pool is 9 foot deep with a very steep drop off. Anyone who cannot swim (adult, child, infant) must wear a certified floatation device. Kids are fast and drowning happens quick. A parent must be in the pool with the child at arms length and supervising them. I have 3-4 lifejackets, puddle jumpers, etc. just let me know if you need one. If a child that can’t swim is in the pool without a life jacket the whole party will be asked to leave and you will not receive a refund. We do this because...
