Luxury Indoor Pool

We can’t wait to host you! Enjoy any celebration at our indoor pool. Great for birthday parties, evening dips, or everyday swims! In the summer, there is no air conditioning! Indoor swimming pools have variables and climate demands, unlike any other type of building or space. Air conditioners are unfit for the moisture removal rates and energy efficiency needed to manage a natatorium. While our pool is heated, we do have to turn the heat on if you choose to purchase heat. Please note that you must book at least 24 hours (or 3 days in winter months) prior so we can ensure the pool is heated. We do remind you our pool is a pool (not a hot tub)! If you book day of, without heat, please note your booking may be canceled if the pool water is not above 80 degrees Fahrenheit to ensure the pool is warm enough per the Red Cross Association heating guidelines. Our bathrooms are paper-free please do not put anything in our toilet, if it clogs you’ll be subjected to a fine of up to $1,000. This does mean no toilet paper, and absolutely no wipes or flushable wipes! If we find Flushable wipes we will charge the fee as we will have to call a plumber to remove them. NO excessively loud music. NO “ragers”, this is a family community. Any call to the police is immediate dismissal from our property with no refund. Total guests are calculated by total number of people in the space (not just for swimmers!) Parking is required for parties of 15+ if majority of guests are dropped off. Party hours are as follows: - 10 guests: 2 hour minimum - 15 guests: 3 hour minimum - 20+ guests: 4 hour minimum No refunds at any time outside of cancellation period. Only one reschedule allowed.
