About the pool

PLEASE READ ALL DETAILS! Pool is perfect for both adult & children's parties, or for fun & relaxing with family & friends. ENJOY: Self-checkin! Perfect temperature! Private and CLEAN restroom! A sitting area under 2 large umbrellas or on the covered patio with ceiling fan & dining table. Bluetooth speaker. Bring your own towels, floats, food, drinks, etc. NO GLASS! Grill (gas) use permitted w/ a minimum 3-hr booking or $25 charge for gas & cleaning. I recommend that all parties/large groups add an hour to reservations for 1/2 hr setup & 1/2 hr cleanup as early arrivals & late departures cannot be accommodated. Have a special request? Please ask! RULES are NOT merely suggestions & will be ENFORCED! NO smoking, NO pets, NO glass, BE ACCURATE WITH GUEST COUNT! NO exceptions!!

Neighborly, family-friendly conduct is expected at all times. NO smoking!! NO glass!! NO loud or explicit music. NO regular diapers (swim diapers ONLY) Trash is to be placed in bag provided, tied tightly, and placed in the trash bin on the side of the house (opposite of the entrance.) Same for Recyclables. Pool, furniture, etc should be left in the condition it was upon your arrival
