About the pool

Utopia at Barnett Manor offers the perfect, secluded, oasis for pool side fun! It’s been a labor of love to create an environment which makes us feel as though we’re on vacay even when we’re not and we’re happy to share our lovely space! Our home and this oasis represent our passion for restoring historic properties and creating an extension of home, outdoors with vibrant landscaping in a comfortable space, perfect for intimate gatherings. The tranquil sound of water fountains, seasonal, blooming sights and smells of jasmine, gardenias and magnolias ensure that all senses are fully engaged! The space is sprawling yet intimate, private, and beautiful. It is ideal for a group of 15 friends/family to gather privately, safely and escape the hustle of the city for a serene, change of scenery…

We have the ability to heat our entire pool during cooler months. This option will be available at a premium cost. It must be requested at least 48 hours in advance.

Our pool does have a hot tub with fabulous bubbles! We request 24 hours notice for this amenity.

No running or diving allowed. Glass containers are not allowed in the pool or within 2 ft of the pool. All minors must be accompanied by their parent or legal guardian. Each adult guest must sign our waiver of liability immediately upon arrival. Music is welcome and should be enjoyed at volumes considerate of neighbors.
