Ashtray provided must clean up after yourselves. no glass containers allowed. Pets only upon approval. When renting the kitchen it will come with full use of the kitchen area , counters, island, stove, oven etc. Also available to decorate for special occasions. Guest must clean everything prior to end of the booking. We are very kicked back. Come hook up to the outdoor speaker play your music have a few drinks swim and have a great time.
